Coffee for french press? We have it here! Do not be confused by the associations with tea or weak coffee from Aunt Genowefa's name day - French press is, contrary to appearances, a pretty good coffee brewing device! By choosing the right beans, keeping the ratio of coffee to water and keeping an eye on the extraction time, you can get a pleasant and tasty infusion in this simple jug. Ultimately, our coffee will be a bit heavier (more intense) in taste. This is a very good method when we want to drink coffee in a larger company, and dripper or Chemex would be too alternative;) Thinking about situations where French press coffee is the best, we chose beans from our HAYB Specialty Coffee Warsaw roaster dedicated to this method - mainly mild Brazillias and our espresso blends. But you can also go crazy with Single Origin from South or Central America;) Try it and see which one will be your favorite!
