The fruitiest espresso after Pink Espresso Blend aka WTF!

Colombia has been especially close to us for some time, so it had to be done – we have espresso from Colombia, permanently!

This month’s Roasters’ Choice is all about freshness. You’re holding a coffee harvested between late September and October, packed into a container by the end of November, and delivered to our roastery in late February. A long wait? That’s exactly how long it takes for coffee to travel from the farm to your cup!

Colombia Espresso comes from the Tolima region and is grown by our friends and brothers, Elias and Shady Bayter. This fresh crop brings a flavor that reminds us of an orange sprinkled with rich, dark brown sugar.

So if you’re looking for a coffee bridge between our Pink Espresso Blend and the rest of the world – here’s your bridge, we would run on it back and forth!

Sensory profile

A strong, fruity taste – juicy citrus, sweet orange – with a full, smooth sweetness – reminiscent of apricot jam – all finished with a velvety body and a finish reminiscent of milk chocolate.

Always make the maximum amount of coffee for which it is designed in the coffee maker. Pour boiling water into the lower tank, always up to the valve level. End the brewing process as soon as the coffee no longer flows into the upper tank.
