With love and respect

It all began in 1966, when a group of smallholder farmers from El Salvador decided they could achieve more together. That’s how the San José de La Majada cooperative was formed, which today – after nearly 60 years of experience – stands as an absolute quality leader in the Sonsonate region. Their secret lies in volcanic soil, shade-grown cultivation, and a focus on specific varieties such as Bourbon and Pacas.

Today, it is a tight-knit group of over 400 producers who combine long-standing traditions with modern technology. Their mission is simple: to deliver high-quality coffee to the world while caring for the local community and the environment. In short – total professionalism driven by love for coffee and respect for nature!

In the espresso version, you’ll taste dark chocolate, walnuts, and pleasantly sweet toffee. Enjoy it as a shot or with milk – there are no wrong choices here.
