PURE ESPRESSO CLASSIC

Brazilian coffee is HAYB’s classic and the absolute primal source of every espresso blend at our roasting lab!

The Cerrado region’s distinct microclimate—marked by warm, humid summers and mild, dry winters—provides an ideal environment for consistent fruit maturation. This selection highlights the meticulous craftsmanship of local producers, whose precise harvesting and multi-stage patio drying techniques yield an exceptionally clean cup. Defined by a heavy, velvety mouthfeel, the coffee offers classic layers of smooth chocolate and roasted nuts. Developed for flawless extraction stability, it serves as a highly refined daily espresso.

Always make the maximum amount of coffee for which it is designed in the coffee maker. Pour boiling water into the lower tank, always up to the valve level. End the brewing process as soon as the coffee no longer flows into the upper tank.
