When you say “A”, you have to add “naerobic natural”
We would like this message to go far, to El Salvador, to Diego Baraona, because we are grateful to him for producing this delicious coffee. 130 years of farm experience is not that simple!
Maybe the previous coffee in the Black Honey processing got you, or maybe it did not. If so – we continue the saga, if not – cool, you can’t look back too much, because we’re going fast…
… and anaerobic natural comes with us!
Just like you come back to our coffee stall, we like to go back to the farmers we liked and try to check and drink more of these miracles later.
Is there a difference in taste? Simple, the processing takes us from cherries, gooseberries, and plums into cherries, blackberries and nectarines – when you think about it, it’s similar, but the difference is significant. More sweets, a bit higher body, and the quality is consistently high!
Los Pirineos is a symbolic farm and this jackdaw is delicious. That’s it, there is no more to tell here. ENJOY!
