Tropics… Summer! Gelato!
They’ve done it again, and in such a great style! Funky Fluid made a brilliant ice cream sour beer, and in addition we infused it with our delicious Colombian coffee Sie Przelewa Tropik.
Sie Przelewa Tropik carries a wave of sweetness and succulent tropical fruits. Gelato – meaning the flagship sour beer from Funky Fluid, this time with the addition of guava, mango, and lime. It’s very crisp, it’s very holiday-ish, but most of all – IT IS FULLY LOADED WITH TASTE!
So here we have the hottest, but also the coolest [IT’S COOL!] can of current vacation.
What we got out of this blend is a yummy non-alcoholic beer. The coffee doesn’t play first fiddle here; rather, it spices up a perfectly crisp dessert. It was worth mixing together!
