Arguments and Agreement

Indochina is our trusted contact in Asia, and we get coffees from China and Myanmar through him – just like the one in front of you. It surprised us on the cupping table, and it continues to surprise us in both drip and batch brew. We argue over whether it’s more floral or more nutty – but we reach an agreement by calling it complex. Do all Asian coffees have that? I need to check that out someday and finally go there. What’s certain is that this anaerobic Catuai draws you in with its sweetness and juiciness. Give it a try.
