Team first!
Team Pegasing – only it’s not first, because we have it again
And pow – that’s what makes us most happy about these coffees, high-quality year after year, joy at the cupping table, a smile on the face. We have been getting them regularly from the same importer for three years. Since 2006, there is a washing station in the Panta Musara region. This place currently brings together 70 farmers and started a revolution in the processing in this area.
So far, all coffees have been processed there using the wet-hulled method – a method similar to washed processing, but in the final phase, a mechanical dryer is used for this method, which could often destroy very wet beans. However, the owners of the farm have started experimenting with processing methods and soon you will see the effects of these activities in our offer.
This one here is a classic natural. Very sweet, sticky, and reminiscent of red fruits. We don’t know much about football, but if there was a World Cup in coffee, coffees from Ethiopia would probably be some kind of certainty, like Argentina or France with superstars, Indonesia would then be Croatia – it will probably be associated with a holiday destination rather than sport. It is hard to say if this comparison reflects, but this coffee reflects absolutely!
GO GO PEGASING!
