Ahhh, a legend.
I might be repeating myself, but I’m super stoked about this – not the repetition, but the stories themselves.
Marysabel and her husband Moises have been running the farm for a quarter of a century. Roasteries all over the world buy coffee from them. We managed to chat a few times during World of Coffee and on a couple of calls – you don’t meet people as warm and wise as them every day. This is one of those coffees that, aside from its flavor and quality, stands out through the story behind the farm. If I could, I would only choose coffees for our portfolio where a good, sweet, clean taste goes hand in hand with a spark of passion and wisdom in the eyes of the people running the farm. I hope this natural from the La Paz region brings sweetness to your cup and helps you start your day right. Take care!
