Like a well-assembled puzzle

You know, a picture where there are no gaps or holes left. Everything fits together beautifully.

And like in a jigsaw puzzle — it took a lot of good people who wanted to put the pieces together as best as possible for this coffee to reach you. Our approach to roasting and detail is one thing. But this coffee is so good primarily thanks to Raul. I had the opportunity to sleep on his farm and I know how much work he and all his loved ones put into ensuring their coffee is top-notch. His partner, Jola, was responsible for shipping the coffee from Guatemala. It’s also a huge accomplishment of hers that these beans are here with us and for you.

I’m always thrilled when we get coffee from El Llano or La Soledad—Raul’s parents’ farms. While staying with them, one day we made doughnuts for the whole family. That’s exactly what this coffee is—a well-made classic, pure flavor, full of juicy notes.
