A souvenir without kitsch

Have you ever been to the Baltic Sea – have you ever seen crystal dolphin figurines? Popes in amber? Here we also have a souvenir classic, but coffee, from Ethiopia and in good taste!

Dimtu Tero is a classic. A perfect example of coffee from Ethiopia – I’ve written it a hundred times, but these coffees are players you can always bet on and be sure that when necessary, they will score a three-pointer in the last seconds of the quarter.

The beans come from Odo Shakiso – the south of the country, in the Oromia region, close to Kenya. What is characteristic of Ethiopian coffees – cherries are a mix of several varieties that have dominated this area over the centuries. Local varieties such as Certo and Wolisho mingle with ancient coffee varieties that can still be found growing as wild trees. This is unique on a global scale!
That is why among most coffees we distinguish botanical varieties, while coffees from Ethiopia are most often dominated by “Heirloom”.

The dictionary explains it very nicely: when we enter Ethiopian Heirloom, Google responds – Ethiopian souvenirs. Let them remind you of leisurely mornings and afternoons!
