We loved Costa Rica coffees this season. The very complex Finca El Mirador disappeared from our shelves really quickly, like fresh bread. We roasted another coffee from Costa Rica especially for the Berlin Coffee Festival – you liked the sweet, thick, honey-like Finca la Roca very much. We decided to introduce you to another coffee from this country! Oscar and his wife Francisca specialize in honey and natural processing, which are still considered rare and something special in Costa Rica. They also experiment with other new methods such as Anaerobic and Black Honey. Their knowledge of various and complex methods has increased over the past few years and became a model for producers. They only process their own beans from their 60-acre farm. The varieties are mainly Catuaí and Caturra, as well as Villa Sarchí. The coffee you have here is black honey processed. Sweetness, low acidity and high body when brewed properly. Have a taste.
