That’s what we like the most

Modest, inconspicuous, yet phenomenal, round naturals.

We like coffees that are seemingly ordinary, do not stand out on paper, and when you try them, they show their level. Like this sweet and round Brazil in natural processing!

We got these beans from our friendly importer, Unroasted. It is this team that provides us with all our coffees from Brazil that we roast for you – both the more ordinary and the more… different.

These particular beans really stood out on the cupping table with their complex flavor. Probably few people would have thought that coffee from Brazil could be in the Fruity/Berry profile and stand among coffees from Kenya, for example, but…

Well, no surprises, but still!

The author of the recipes and stories Dawid Zadara, Head Roaster warszawskiej palarni kawy HAYB Speciality Coffee.
