A Coffee Antidote
While planning the coffee line-up for June, I am right in the middle of preparing for the Polish Brewers Cup Championship – a competition where you brew the best possible coffee (subjectively speaking, of course) for three judges. To select that one unique coffee, I tasted dozens of ‘weird’ and incredibly intense lots. That’s why this Peru you’re reading about right now was like an antidote to me, a sense of relief, a safe haven. It’s proper coffee, but one of those fruity ones. Clean and juicy. Straight from the region that is home to Peru’s largest seaport.
