In the Botanical Garden.

Flowers in the aroma, flowers in the flavor. Flowers everywhere. I don’t know about you, but the more complicated the coffee processing sounds, the further it usually pushes me away. I simply love clean and juicy brews. That’s why, with a (just as clean) clear conscience, I can recommend this one to you.
Carbonic maceration has infused this little bean with wild layers of flavor. It’s all incredibly juicy, sweet, and beautifully clean. We bought the beans from our friend Ben, who just a few days ago sent me a photo report from Ethiopia – he’s currently at the farm and will be spending the next few months there, helping with the harvest and processing.

Ah… it’s a wonderful coffee, and every sip makes me feel like spring is just around the corner.
