Power couple = strong coffee.

Strong means full of warmth and attention to detail. Literally, a bean-powerhouse!

Jola and Raul are a couple in coffee, business and life. Raul is in charge of managing the La Soledad farm – a family business. Jola is in charge of export – thanks to her this coffee came to you!

When it comes to family, multi-generational companies, it’s easy to use platitudes and sentimental declarations – but the facts are that coffee has been in the hands of La Soledad and Raul’s family for a hundred years. They specialize in every way, gain incredible experience – and deliver a product that has already been trusted by large coffee brands around the world (yes, including HAYB 😉 ). This washed from the Anacafe 14 variety is one of my favorite coffees in the June selection. I’m excited that year after year we return to the same places and work with such stars!
