What excites us the most about coffee is the community!
If you read our descriptions, you know how important relationships with farmers are to me. Often more important than whether the coffee has two points more or less. And okay, I’ve never been to China, it’s not likely that I will be there, but we’ve been building relationships with Chris, from whom we buy these coffees, for the last three years. Sometimes I want to show you coffees from regions that I’ll probably never get to. The coffees there come to us thanks to people who have built connections with farmers on the spot. It’s similar here – Chris chose a few flights, from which we chose this one for you and the next two that are in the queue.
