The cherry on the top, or rather a flower in the bouquet?
A flower certainly, but probably more so in the cup or other vessel into which the infusion will go with you.
Never mind, we’re not talking about pots here. This is the third coffee from the Don Rafa farm in our store this season. Pure as the morning dew, Geisha in the Washed processing.
This coffee needs some attention when brewing, so as not to over-brew this princess, but it’s worth the effort, because you can get a delicousness. During cupping we felt lots of grapes (white rather than dark), chamomile, and white currant. Sweet, juicy, floral.
