We like coffees from Peru for their versatility. When brewed in V60, a pleasant daily coffee is what we get. When brewed in Aeropress using a bigger dose, there comes out a powerful body and juicy acidity. You don’t like boredom? In Peru, it is common for producers to work in cooperatives or sell coffee directly – Tito chose the latter option. He is a second generation coffee producer, working closely with his family to cultivate the Caturra variety. His farm’s area is less than two hectares and is one of the highest in La Esperanza. The combination of high altitude and rich microclimate make up for high quality beans, repeatable harvesta, and thus excellent taste in your cup.
