At our quality control table, where we check our coffees after roasting every batch, we unanimously called this coffee STRAWBERY MILKSHAKE. It smells a lot like vanilla. Body is smooth. This cooperation was founded in 1953 and currently has about 3507 members. Each farmer has about a hectare of land that is used for coffee, usually along the vegetables for the family. The area has rich and fertile red volcanic soil at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,900 meters above sea level and receives 1,600 to 1,900 mm of rainfall annually. Coffee is collected and sorted manually.
