It’s Colombia and it tastes like Ethiopia. It’s Decaf and you won’t feel it at all.

And that’s something to be proud of. So we are proud because again we have roasted coffee which you can drink and easily fall asleep. One that will finally be drunk by those who don’t like caffeine – which is absolutely understandable, even despite the sick doses of caffeine taken by us every day.

Well, we haven’t got a FLORAL decaf in our offer yet. And we’ve been playing this decaffeinated game hard for more than a season. It will stay with us for longer and be aware – the previous one was really great, and this one is even better!

The beans are decaffeinated in the Sugarcane process, which is considered to be one of the most gentle methods of decaffeination, at the same time fast, ecological, and perfectly preserving the taste of coffee. First, the grain is moistened to increase its volume and susceptibility to the solvent. Then the beans are washed with ethyl acetate – a natural solvent found in fruits and vegetables. It is also obtained from sugar cane, hence the name of the method. Ethyl acetate combines with the chlorogenic acids in the caffeine and leaches it out of the bean. Then the grains are dried to their original moisture content. This method is considered one of the most delicate, more ecological, and best preserves the taste of coffee.
